Nathan was born and raised in Leamington and attended College in Sarnia, where he earned a diploma in Sports & Recreation Administration. During his 3 years in college he volunteered and eventually worked for the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League. After college he worked for the Windsor Spitfires (also of the Ontario Hockey League) for 9 years in the ticket sales & fan experience department. It is through his time in the hockey world that he developed many skills that help him and his clients in real estate.
Nathan has very strong customer service and communication skills and enjoys developing and enhancing relationships with clients. He maintains his honestly and integrity working with people, all while ensuring he is available for his clients 24/7. His strong and effective negotiation skills, mixed with his joyful personality will make him an asset for his clients throughout the entire process from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, you may see Nathan cheering on the Windsor Spitfires. He also enjoys going over to Detroit to see either the Tigers or the Red Wings play. When looking to relax you can find Nathan on the golf course, or at his family cottage on Pelee Island. Nathan is a fan of classic and hard rock music, going to concerts, and loves sailing on cruises down to the Caribbean.
Nathan currently lives in Windsor with his wife Chantelle and dog Tucker.
Tricia Rappé conducts her business and her personal life adhering to a rule that many are familiar with: treat others the way you want to be treated. Her motto has served her well and allows her personality to shine throughout her Real Estate transactions. Her sense of humour and passion for helping people, allow her too easily make a genuine connection with Clients, as she helps guide them through the process, from the day the idea of possibly moving comes to light, until the last box is unpacked. Her goal when working with Clients is to make the process as easy and memorable as possible, and to maintain that positive relationship even after closing.
Tricia was born and raised in Essex County, she grew up in South Windsor, until her family moved to LaSalle, where she now lives with her boyfriend and their dog, Nova. Her summers were spent at the family cottage, located just outside of Kingsville. She attended Western University in London, Ontario, where she studied towards a Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending University she worked in the retail industry, where she discovered her passion for working with people. Tricia started in Real Estate as an unlicensed assistant and after a few short months, she knew she wanted to be able to help people in a more direct way. Thus began her journey to becoming a Licensed Realtor, while learning the Real Estate processes, and soaking up as much knowledge as possible. As an Agent, she prides herself on helping people make educated choices, while providing unparalleled service and representing Clients the way she would want to be represented. When asked what her favourite thing about Real Estate is Tricia's response was, "I love being able to help people transition into the next stage of their journey, and always have fun while doing so!"
